Rules for riding the red cabins

1. Who runs the haul rope

These terms govern your use of bighorngondola.com ("Bighorn Gondola", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of bighorngondola.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Riders allowed past the turnstile

Riders must be 19 or over. Using Bighorn Gondola confirms your age is 19 or over.

3. Cabin coins

• Coins in every game are virtual, and they are free.
• Coins: no monetary value. Not money, not credit, not property.
• Purchase, sale, withdrawal, transfer or exchange of coins for money, goods, services or prizes: not possible. In-app purchases: none.
• Prizes of real-world value: none offered.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset at any time.

4. Real money stays off the cable

On Bighorn Gondola, real-money gambling is never offered or promoted, and gambling operators get no links.

5. Your lift card

• Hutlight Rink and Icefall Shallows need a free account. One per person. No sharing.
• Your password is private. If anyone else uses your account, tell us immediately.
• Delete your account any time from the account page. Deletion is instant and permanent.
• Suspension may apply to accounts used to disrupt the site, or believed to belong to a person under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions sit on the account and are nobody’s property. They may be reset.

6. Riding etiquette

Not allowed: disrupting the site, using automated tools against it, offering coins for trade, letting anyone under 19 use it.

7. Line availability and liability

The site is supplied “as is”. Any part may change or be withdrawn. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing here limits liability where the law forbids limiting it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Law that governs the cable

The cable runs under the laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
